Our school building was once the ‘Richmond Printing Press’ where the early paperback penguin books were produced. It has been completely refurbished creating a custom built Montessori nursery school. We have designed the classroom to lead directly onto under cover decking, on which the children can do their work outside. We have laid down an artificial lawn, which is appealing to the eye and can withstand the activities of busy children. We also have a summerhouse with a veranda (supplied with electricity), which is used for music, story telling and cultural activities.
